Chief Justice of Indiana Supreme Court to receive national award

Indiana: Chief Justice Randall Shepard of the Indiana Supreme Court will receive a national award for judicial excellence on Wednesday, April 14. He will be presented with the Dwight D. Opperman Award by the American Judicature Society in Indianapolis. When Shepard was named chief justice in 1985, he was the young chief justice in the country.[1]
