Chip Brown (Republican Party) is a member of the Alabama House of Representatives, representing District 105. He assumed office on November 7, 2018. His current term ends on November 4, 2026.

Brown was a 2012 Republican candidate for president of the Alabama Public Service Commission.
Biography
Brown was born and raised in south Alabama. In his career, he joined the Alabama Army National Guard and served on active duty with the U.S. Army and U.S. Central Command at the Forward Command Headquarters. He also served as a military adviser in Kabul, Afghanistan for NATO-International Security Assistance Force and U.S. Forces Afghanistan. Additionally, he served as a CEO of a security training firm in his career.[1]

Brown ran for President of the Alabama Public Service Commission in 2012. He finished second in a three-way Republican primary on March 13, but earned enough of the vote to force a runoff with Twinkle Cavanaugh on April 24.[2]
