Biography

Chloe Collins was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. She earned a bachelor's degree from Bates College in 2009 and both a J.D. and a master's degree from Vermont Law School in 2012. Her professional experience includes working as a panel manager for the Franklin Grand Isle Restorative Justice Center, as an environmental analyst for the State of Vermont, as a lobbyist for the Vermont League of Cities and Towns, and as a development coordinator for the Vermont Institute of Natural Science. Collins has served as president and vice president of the Alburgh Clubhouse Board.[1]
