Chris Chinn is the Missouri Director of Agriculture. Chinn assumed office in 2017. Chinn's current term ends on January 8, 2029.
Biography
A native of Clarence, Missouri, Chinn is a lifelong farmer who is best known for her history of agriculture outreach via social media. Chinn has served on a number of agriculture-related boards, including the Missouri Farm Bureau and the American Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers Committee. She garnered national attention when, in 2013, the U.S. Farmers and Ranchers Alliance highlighted her as one of the four annual Faces of Farming and Ranching, a project intended to highlight key figures in American agriculture.[1]

Missouri Director of Agriculture (2017-present)
Chinn was nominated to the position of Missouri Director of Agriculture by Gov. Eric Greitens on December 27, 2016.[2] She took office in January 2017.
