Public access to information. The current Clerk of the Court has public information blocked behind a paywall. I do not believe people should have to pay to access their own public information.

I began working at age 15 at the local Baskin Robbins in Falls Church.
I'm a firm believer in seeking input from the community. For this reason, I will be convening a roundtable after I'm elected to discuss access to court and legal aid services with different community organizations.
Record requests should be easy to make over the government website. The current office does not provide free electronic access to case information. I plan to change that policy and deliver a document request portal on the Clerk's website.
The Clerk of Court has the statutory duty to take possession of all ballots following primary and general elections.
An elected official above all needs to be a good listener and thoughtful. Too often our elected leaders speak first without listening to the concerns of their community.
