Biography
Chris Hibbard was born in Nacogdoches, Texas. Hibbard served in the United States Marine Corps. He earned bachelor's and master's degrees in business administration from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2016 and 2018, respectively. His career experience includes working as a financial accounting manager and as a certified public accountant.[1]
