Chris Hilbert
Chris Hilbert was a member of the Richmond City Council in Virginia, representing Northside 3rd Voter District. Hilbert assumed office on January 1, 2005. Hilbert left office on January 4, 2021.
Biography
Hilbert obtained a B.S. in finance, with honors, and an M.B.A. from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
Hilbert began working at the Virginia Housing Development Authority in 2002. Prior to that, he worked in the banking industry for 18 years.[1][2]
