Chris Kelly (Missouri)
Chris Kelly is a former Democratic member of the Missouri House of Representatives, representing District 45 from 2009 to 2015. In the 2013-2014 session, Kelly served as Minority Caucus Vice Chair. Kelly did not seek re-election in 2014.
Biography
Kelly earned his B.A. from Marist College and J.D. from the University of Missouri. His professional experience includes serving as an Associate Court Judge in the 13th Judicial District from 2000 to 2006, Chairman of the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission from 1994 to 2000, and County Director/Director of the Central Missouri Counties' Human Development Corporation from 1972 to 1977.[1]

2012
Kelly won re-election in the 2012 election for Missouri House of Representatives, District 45. Kelly ran unopposed in the August 7 Democratic primary and ran unopposed in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
2010
On November 2, 2010, Kelly won election to the Missouri House of Representatives.[4][5]

Kelly has been a member of the American Whitewater Association, Columbia Rotary Club and Missouri Whitewater Association.[1]
