I am an enrolled member of the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians. I hold a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I studied hospitality and tourism management. I have worked in hospitality, retail, nonprofit management, and the fitness industry. In my free time I love to run, read, travel, knit, and volunteer.

• Common sense, quality of life, infrastructure improvements.
• Improving business opportunities for entrepreneurs and tourism outlets.
• Work to build better partnerships with the EBCI and other county governments.

Civil rights, social services, environmental conservation, medical care, and living minimum wage.
