Chris Rutter ran for judge on the Lebanon County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania.

2011 election

Rutter ran for an open seat on the Lebanon County Magisterial District. He was defeated by Carl R. Garver in both parties primaries on May 17. He received 5.7 percent in the Democratic primary and 2.1 percent of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] He cross-filed with the Democratic and Republican parties.
