Biography
Chris Todd was born in Hilo, Hawaii. Todd graduated from Hilo High School in 2006. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics and political science from the University of Hawai'i at Hilo in 2012. Todd's career experience includes working as the offensive coordinator of Hilo High School Football, the distribution manager of Hawaii Paper Products, Inc., and a retail manager with Suisan Company, Ltd.[1][2]
