Academic Integrity
All of these prior roles allowed me to learn how to conduct meetings efficiently and effectively, listen to multiple sides of all issues, manage relationships, navigate emotions and ultimately lead very diverse groups of people toward a common goal within each organization. As a graduate of Leadership Omaha, I also know how diverse opinions are in the Omaha community and I proved to my class of cohorts that I work well with people from all backgrounds and perspectives - even those that disagree with me.
