  • I want to break down the barriers to access that so many of our neighbors face due to systematic policies put in place to create a general lack of knowledge and sense of importance of county government.
  • I want to create transparent processes that utilize technology to create accessible public meetings with public comment, video streaming, and transcripts.
  • I am a proven professional with years of executive and administrative experience, along with a Masters in Public Administration.
I am passionate about transparent budget processes, public comment, and accessible governmental information.
As a lifelong Oklahoman, I will never forget April 19, 1995. I was in the fourth grade and in music class (practicing our recorders) when we learned about the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building bombing.
I grew up on a working ranch, so I know the value of hard work. My first paying job was at our local florist shop. I held this job until graduating high school, learning (at the time) new purchasing software, designing floral arrangements, and working with customers to make sure their shopping experience was spectacular! I can still whip up a beautiful arrangement of cut flowers or make a sharp boutonnière.
