Prior to her appointment to the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, Guhl-Sadovy served as a Cabinet Secretary in the administration of New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy (D). She previously served as Chief of Staff of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities. [4]

Guhl-Sadovy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Rutgers University in 2002. [5]
