- Fund Public Education. Every student in North Carolina must be provided with an equitable, sound, and basic education. It’s time to fully fund our public education system for students from early childhood education through K-12. The work has been done, and the studies have been completed which lay out a plan to fully fund our public education system. It’s time to invest properly in our children’s future.
- Preserve and Protect our Environment. Climate change is real, and it’s impacting our area. We must bring innovative solutions to ensure our air and water quality is safe today and into the future. Now that the map is set, it’s time to ensure that voters are educated on the ways they can vote in upcoming elections, and that they are protected from being intimidated at the polls.
