Biography
Christopher A. Freeman was born in Asheboro, North Carolina. Freeman received a bachelor's degree from High Point University in 1999 and a J.D. from the Regent University School of Law in 2002. He has served as a JAG officer in the U.S. Air Force Reserve since 2013. As of 2024, Freeman was affiliated with Kiwanis, United Way, Betsy Jeff-Penn 4H Center, NWTF, NRA, Ducks Unlimited, and the Monroeton Volunteer Fire Department.[1]

|It has been an honor to serve the people of Rockingham and Caswell Counties, and I look forward to bringing my conservative judicial philosophy to the appellate court. Prior to being elected to the district court bench, I served as an assistant district attorney for eight years in Rockingham County, NC. I joined the United States Air Force in 2013 and I currently serve as a Captain in the JAG core reserves. I attend Osborne Baptist Church in Eden, NC. I am a member of the Eden Kiwanis. I serve as a board member for the Betsy Jeff-Penn 4H Center, the Monroeton Volunteer Fire Department, the National Wild Turkey Federation Sauratown Chapter, and the United Way of Rockingham County. I was born and raised in North Carolina. I attended high school in Asheboro, NC as a Blue Comet. After graduation I attended High Point University and received a BS in Business Administration. I attended law school at Regent University whose motto is Christian leadership to change the world.
I consider it an honor to serve my county and my country – I have been blessed to have been in a position of service for seventeen years. I look forward to serving all the citizens of North Carolina as a Court of Appeals judge.- I will uphold the Constitution.
