General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 45.4 percent of the vote. He competed against Albert Camplese.

Altier received his undergraduate degree from the College of Wooster and his J.D. degree from the University of Akron School of Law.[2]
Career
Altier has been an attorney in private practice for the past twenty-five years. He maintains his own law practice, Christopher Altier Co. LPA, in Ashtabula, Ohio.[3][4]
