Christopher Bateman
Christopher Bateman (Republican Party) (also known as Kip) was a member of the New Jersey State Senate, representing District 16. He assumed office in 2008. He left office on January 11, 2022.
Bateman (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the New Jersey State Senate to represent District 16. He won in the general election on November 7, 2017.
Bateman was a member of the New Jersey State Assembly from 1994 to 2007. While in office, he served as the assistant Republican leader.
Biography
Bateman earned his B.A in political science and history from Ithaca College and his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.[1] His professional includes working as a partner at the law firm DiFrancesco, Bateman, Coley, Yospin, Kunzman, Davis & Lehrer.

Bateman won re-election in the 2013 election for New Jersey State Senate District 16. Bateman was unopposed in the June 4 Republican primary and defeated Christian R. Mastondrea (D) in the general election, which took place on November 5, 2013.[7][8][9][10]
