Christopher Caruso
Christopher Caruso is a former Democratic member of the Connecticut House of Representatives, representing District 126 from 1991 to 2011. Caruso resigned to serve on Gov. Dan Malloy's housing, urban initiatives, and smart growth group.[1] A special election was held February 22, 2011, to elect a replacement.[2] Prior to leaving the house, he served as the deputy majority caucus chair.
Caruso served on the Bridgeport Democratic Town Committee and was town chair from 1986 to 1988.[3]

2010
Caruso ran for re-election to the 126th District seat in 2010. Caruso ran unopposed in the primary and general election.
2008
On November 4, 2008, Caruso won re-election to the Connecticut House of Representatives from Connecticut's 126th District, defeating Joseph Minutolo (R). Caruso received 7,198 votes in the election while Minutolo received 781 votes.[4] Caruso raised $57,540 for his campaign.[5]
