Christopher Cullen was a 2011 Democratic candidate for District 13 of the New Jersey State Senate. Cullen failed to receive the necessary amount of candidate filing signatures for the primary on June 7. A successful write-in campaign was organized in order to secure Cullen a spot on the November 8 ballot.[1][2]

Biography

Cullen's professional experience includes working as a facilities maintenance manager for the Marine Academy of Science and Technology at Sandy Hook. He has served as mayor of Hazlet Township, and he served on the Hazlet Township Committee from 2001 to 2004.

Cullen was defeated in the 2011 election for New Jersey Senate District 13. Cullen was defeated by Incumbent Joseph Kyrillos in the general election on November 8, 2011.[3]
