Hi, my name is Christopher. I am 31 years old and was born and raised right here in Phelps County. Father, business owner, and outdoor enthusiast. In 2009 I graduated from State Technical College of Missouri with a Certificate of Proficiency in Heavy Equipment Operations. Over the next few years I operated equipment and/or a commercial vehicle either as an employee or as an owner-operator. I've ran a retail store, worked in sales, and have bootstrapped businesses for less money than most people spend on their cell phone. I know how to work a budget and where to cut waste. I also know how to recognize what works and nurture it. In the Missouri House I will work tirelessly to find every wasteful dollar to cut, every outdated/frivolous regulation to repeal, as well as find the programs that do work and improve on them.

As a single father I am extremely passionate about reforming child custody laws. The most common denominator in poverty, prisons, drug abuse, high school drop out rates, and just about every other negative metric is a Fatherless household. For far to long the state has played a very large role in the absence of fathers by alienating them and in many case removing any meaningful contact whatsoever. I will work hard to pass a 50/50 Shared Custody Presumption law that will ensure that the family court systems opinion is that equal time with the Father and Mother is in the best interest of the child.
