Christopher King (Democratic Party) ran for election for Lieutenant Governor of Florida. He lost in the general election on November 6, 2018.
King also ran for election for Governor of Florida. He lost in the Democratic primary on August 28, 2018.
King ran on a joint ticket with the 2018 Democratic gubernatorial nominee, Andrew Gillum. He chose King as his running mate on September 6, 2018.[1]
Biography
Born in Orlando, Florida, King attended Harvard University, where he graduated with a bachelor's in religion, politics, and American public policy.[2][3] King went on to attend law school at the University of Florida. In 2006, King founded Elevation Financial Group, a company focusing on property management and investment in real estate.[3]
