Christopher Mallios Jr. (Democratic Party) is a judge of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.
Mallios is running for re-election for judge of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He is on the ballot in the retention election on November 4, 2025.[source]

Mallios earned a B.S. in science from Penn State University in 1984 and a J.D. from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law in 1987.[1]

2011
Mallios ran for an open seat on the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. He lost the Democratic Party primary to a number of candidates on May 17. He received 2.9 percent of the vote in the Democratic primary.[6] He only filed with the Democratic Party.[7]
