Christopher Ryan
Christopher Ryan (Republican Party) ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Missouri's 6th Congressional District. He lost in the Republican primary on August 2, 2022.
Biography
Ryan was a stay-at-home father and full-time college student while he earned his bachelor's degree in public administration from Park University. He served two terms of duty in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1998 through 2005.[1]

Heading into the election, Ballotpedia rated this race as safely Republican. Incumbent Sam Graves (R) defeated David Blackwell (D), Russ Monchil (L), and Mike Diel (G) in the general election on November 8, 2016. Graves defeated Kyle Reid and Christopher Ryan in the Republican primary, while Blackwell defeated Travis Gonzalez, Edward Fields, Kyle Yarber, and Matthew McNabney to win the Democratic nomination. The primary elections took place on August 2, 2016. Graved won re-election in the November 8 election.[2][3][4]
