Mr. Ward is a product of NC. He was raised and worked on a farm in Tabor City, NC in Columbus County. He was taught the value of hard work. He was taught to treat people with dignity and respect. He was encouraged to go to school and get good grades and make something of himself. And he did. Mr. Ward graduated top of his class from Tabor City High School. He then went on to North Carolina State University in Raleigh to obtain his Nuclear Engineering degree. After graduating, he began work in the pharmaceutical industry and traveled across the United States and the globe while calling NC home. He later went on to get his Masters in Organizational Change and Leadership from Pfeiffer University. He currently works to bring new drug products to market in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Mr. Ward is an active business owner in real estate in Southeastern NC.
I am proud to call North Carolina home. I have deep roots in the community and care about the people of this area. I want to be an advocate for everyone. We need to value labor and increase wages and provide affordable health care to all.
