Chuck Fowler was a nonpartisan candidate for District 3 representative on the Colorado Springs City Council in Colorado. Fowler was defeated in the general election on April 4, 2017.

Biography

Fowler is the founder, president, and CEO of the Denver-Julesburg Petroleum Association. He also has experience with the following organizations:[1]

The city of Colorado Springs, Colorado, held elections for city council on April 4, 2017. The filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was January 23, 2017.[2] Richard Skorman defeated Chuck Fowler in the Colorado Springs City Council, District 3 general election.[3]
