Charles Stadler
Charles Stadler (Democratic Party) (also known as Chuck) ran for election to the Michigan State Senate to represent District 26. He lost in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Biography
Upon graduating from Milington High School in 1972, Stadler went to serve in the U.S. Navy. In 1975, he was honorably discharged as a MS3 petty officer. He graduated with top honors as color company and was an honor guard during Navy graduation. He then completed business studies in accounting at Delta College until 1978. He later graduated from St. Clair Community College in 1998. He is a licensed practical nurse and licensed residential and alteration contractor. He served as a trustee for Vassar Township from 2008 through 2012. He is also an accountant at Stadler Bookkeeping and Tax Service.[1]

Stadler ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Michigan's 10th District. Stadler ran unopposed for the Democratic nomination in the primary on August 5, 2014. He lost to incumbent Candice Miller (R) in the general election on November 4, 2014.

2012
Stadler was defeated by incumbent Candice Miller.[5] Stadler ran in the 2012 election for the U.S. House to represent Michigan's 10th District. Stadler defeated Jerome Quinn in the August 7th Democratic primary. He faced Republican incumbent Candice Miller and Bhagwan Dashairya (L) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[6]
