Cinda Sanchez Fox was a judge for the Superior Court of San Joaquin County in California.[1] Judge Fox announced on Friday, January 22, 2010 that she would be retiring on disability. Fox was attacked by a man in the courtroom in March of 2009 and says that she hasn't recovered from the emotional damage.
In retirement she will receive 65 percent of her $178,789 a year salary and full medical benefits.[2]
