Port won re-election for the Department 51 judge of the King County Superior Court in Washington outright in the primary on August 6, 2024, after the primary and general election were canceled.

Governor Jay Inslee (D) appointed Port to the court on April 1, 2020, to replace John Erlick.[1] Port was elected to a full term on May 15, 2020.[2]
