I'm Cindy Behm, and I have a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services. I have worked for the Small Business Administration as a loan offer. This gave me experience in awarding grants and loans for businesses and individuals.
  • I envision Lyman with more of a variety of small business that reinvest in our communities. A revitalized downtown with walkable areas is my goal.
  • I pledge to make Lyman town council more transparent with livestream meetings and have draft ordinances and documents on their website.
  • I pledge to work on fixing roads and traffic congestion.
In regards to public policy, I feel passionate about polices related to infrastructure development and smart city initiatives. Federal funding like grants could help Lyman's downtown area. Smart city initiatives involves aiming for efficiency, sustainability, and enhanced economic development.
I feel being a good listener, being a problem solver and transparent with your residents are most important for an elected official. These are qualities I embody.
The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. This book helped me pivot my career and showed me how to balance my personal and professional life.
