Cindy Siddoway was elected in 2016 to a four-year term as the national committeewoman of the Republican Party of Idaho.[1] Siddoway is also a rancher and business manager for her family farm, Siddoway Sheep Company, Inc.[1][2]
Career
Cindy Siddoway graduated from Idaho State University, having focused on entrepreneurship and political environment. She serves as the business manger for the sheep ranch, Siddoway Sheep Company, Inc., in Terreton, Idaho. Siddoway owns the ranch with her husband, Idaho state Senator Jeff Siddoway (R). While operating the ranch, Siddoway has served as the president of the American Sheep Industry Association and chairman of the Idaho Farm Service State Committee.[1][2] She is also a member of the American Sheep Industry Legislative Action Council and the Sheep Heritage Foundation.[1] Siddoway also owns and operates Siddoway Wool Company, LLC, and Juniper Mountain, LLC, an elk and bison hunting preserve.[1]
In the past, Siddoway has owned and operated both C.J. Oil Company and SEBS Feed and Supply.[1] She has also been a member of Idaho State Technical Committee, Women Involved in Farm Economics, and American Agri-Women. She served as the chair woman of the Idaho State Committee, Farm Service Agency.[1]
State Republican Party
Siddoway was elected as national committeewoman for the Republican Party of Idaho in 2012.[1] She was re-elected in June 2016, over Janice McGeachin, her challenger.[3]
