A Circle XX Community Services District parcel tax, Measure D ballot question was on the November 6, 2012, ballot for voters in the Circle XX Community Services District in Calaveras County, where it was approved.[1]
Measure D increased the parcel tax payment for those who own property in the Circle XX CSD from $300/year to $400/year. This higher level of parcel tax would be in effect for ten years.[2]
The money from the tax goes to fund road improvements.
The Circle XX CSD is northeast of Angels Camp off of HWY49 on Pool Station road.
A two-thirds (66.67%) vote was required for approval.
