Cissy Proctor
Cissy Proctor was the Florida executive director of the Department of Economic Opportunity from January 9, 2016, to January 8, 2019. She was appointed to the position by Gov. Rick Scott (R).[1][2][3]
Biography
Proctor previously worked for the law firm of Bryant Miller Olive P.A. in Tallahassee, Florida. She joined the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity in 2012 and worked as chief of staff, director of the Division of Strategic Business Development, and deputy legislative affairs director prior to her appointment as executive director in 2016.[2]
