Eleven City & Township Local Option Questions were on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the designated townships and cities of Montgomery County.
Eight of the measures were defeated[1]
These measures sought to allow the sale of alcohol at the designated locations on premise and on Sundays.[2]

The question on the ballot:
| Shall the sale of beer be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Moga Enterprises, Inc., dba Clark Gas Station, a holder of a C-1 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a carry-out/grocery store at 2626 East Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45403 in this precinct?[3] |
