Philadelphia also held special elections for two at-large seats, the District 7 seat, and the District 9 seat on the city council on November 8, 2022. The filing deadline for the District 7 and District 9 seats was September 26, 2022, and the filing deadline for the at-large seats was September 30, 2022.[2][3]
