- Measures AA, BB and CC were approved.
- Measures DD and EE were defeated.
- Measure AA "set threshold limits for the requirements for formal competitive bidding."
- Measure BB provided that city council members are to receive $300.00 per month in salary.
- Measure CC provided that the City Council sets the time when City Council meetings are held.
- Measure DD, if it had been approved, would have increased the city's real estate transfer tax rate from $11.50 per $1,000.00 to $14.50 per $1,000.00.
- Measure EE, if it had been approved, would have authorized the city council to increase the city's parcel tax by 4% a year.
