A City of Arcata Utility Users Tax, Measure A ballot question was on the February 5, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of Arcata in Humboldt County, California, where it was approved.

Measure A authorized the City of Arcata to continue to impose a 3% Utility Users Tax on the use of utility services in the City, including gas, electric, water, wastewater, and communications services.
