A City of Concord Appointed City Treasurer, Measure J ballot question was on the November 6, 2012, ballot for voters in the City of Concord in Contra Costa County, where it was defeated.
Measure J would have allowed the city council to appoint a city treasurer. This would be a change from the current practice whereby the city treasurer is elected by the city's electorate.
