A City of El Monte Rent Control on Mobile Homes, Measure F ballot question was on the November 6, 2012, ballot for voters in the City of El Monte in Los Angeles County, where it was defeated.
Measure F would have repealed an ordinance that was adopted by voters in April 1990. The repeal of that ordinance would have allowed the city council "to investigate the reasonableness of rent charged to mobile home owners and if appropriate, consider the regulation of proposed mobile home park rent increases in the future."
