A City of El Segundo Utility Tax, Measure M ballot question was on the April 13, 2010 ballot for voters in the City of El Segundo in Los Angeles County, where it was approved.
Measure M authorized extending the city's pre-existing utility users tax "to apply the telephone tax to all types of communications and video services." El Segundo's utility tax was first adopted in 1988 and in 2010, the rate of the tax was 2%.
