City of Forest Park Natural Gas Aggregation Proposal (November 2012)
A City of Forest Park natural gas aggregation proposal was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Hamilton County, Ohio, where the vote was too close to call.[1]
This measure would have given residents an option for natural gas aggregation.

Language on the ballot:
“ | Shall the City of Forest Park have the authority to aggregate the retail natural gas loads located in the City of Forest Park,
and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of natural gas, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?[1][2] |
