City of Loveland Natural Gas Aggregation Proposal (November 2012)

A City of Loveland natural gas aggregation was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Hamilton County, Ohio.[1]

This measure provides residents with an option for natural gas aggregation.

Text of the Measure

Language on the ballot:

Shall the City of Loveland, Counties of Hamilton, Clermont and Warren, Ohio, have the authority to aggregate the retail

natural gas loads located in the City of Loveland, and for that purpose, enter into service agreements to facilitate for those loads the sale and purchase of natural gas, such aggregation to occur automatically except where any person elects to opt out?[1][2]
