A City of Loveland tax levy was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Hamilton County, Ohio, where it was approved.[1]

This measure added a tax levy for the purpose of providing funds for municipal operations, maintenance, services, and improvements through income tax.

Text of the Measure

Language on the ballot:

Shall the Ordinance 2012-26 providing for an increase in the levy on income by an additional twenty-five hundredths percent (0.25%) for

a continuing period of time, effective January 1, 2013, for the purpose of providing funds for general municipal operations, maintenance of equipment, new equipment, the extension, enlargement and improvement of municipal services and facilities, and capital improvements of the City, and/or other legal municipal purposes, which shall be levied, collected and paid with respect to all income and profits subject to the City of Loveland income tax, be passed?[1][2]
