A City of Martinez North Pacheco Annexation, Measure T ballot question was on the August 28, 2012 ballot for voters in the unincorporated North Pacheco area near the City of Martinez in Contra Costa County, where it was defeated by a one-vote margin.[1]
Measure T was a vote about whether to annex the unincorporated North Pacheco area to the City of Martinez.
The North Pacheco area is about 99 acres (252 parcels), bounded by Highway 4 to the south, Interstate 680 to the east, and the City of Martinez to the west.
