A City of Marysville Sales Tax, Measure O, ballot proposition was on the November 4, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of Marysville in Yuba, California, where it was defeated.
If Measure O had been approved, it would have authorized the City of Marysville to levy a 1/2 of one cent sales tax on sales and use transactions in the city. At the time of the vote on Measure O, the overall sales tax in Marysville was 7.25%. It would have gone to 7.75% if Measure O had gone into effect.
