A City of Needles Utility Users Tax, Measure T ballot question was on the November 6, 2012, ballot for voters in the City of Needles in San Bernardino County, where it was approved.
Measure T imposed a Utility Users Tax of up to 2.5%. It also reduced the "franchise fee" assessed in the city from 7.5% to 5%.
