A City of Red Bluff Sales Tax, Measure D ballot question was on the November 4, 2014 election ballot for voters in the city of Red Bluff in Tehama County, California. It was approved.
Measure D authorized the city to impose for six years an additional sales tax of 0.25 percent.[1]
Voters also approved an advisory question, Measure E, asking if the city should use 85 percent of revenue from the tax for police and fire protection services and 15 percent to support parks, recreation and other general services.[1]

To support police and fire staffing, replace police and fire equipment, enhance recreation and parks, and for other general fund purposes, shall a quarter percent transactions and use tax (“sales tax”) be adopted for a period of six years, subject to annual audits?[2] |
