If approved, Measure CM would have amended the Redondo Beach Charter to permit a person to serve up to three full terms as a councilman and up to three full terms as mayor.[1]

Ballot question

The question on the ballot:[1]

Shall Section 26 of Article XXVI of the Redondo Beach Charter be amended to permit a person to serve up to three full terms as a Councilman, from any combination of districts, and up to three full terms as Mayor by extending term limits from two to three terms?[2]
