A City of Santa Clara Density Bonus Rezoning Resolution, Measure B ballot question was on the February 5, 2008 ballot for voters in the City of Santa Clara in Santa Clara County, where it was approved.
Measure B authorized the city's adoption of Resolution No. 07-7432. This was a resolution of the City Council of the City of Santa Clara approving a rezoning of the parcels located at 90 N. Winchester Boulevard, and granting a so-called "density bonus" for a senior housing project planned at the Santa Clara Gardens Project.
