A City of Solvang Hotel Tax, Measure Z was on the November 6, 2012, ballot for voters the City of Solvang in Santa Barbara County, where it was approved.
Measure Z increased the lodging tax paid by those who stay at hotels, motels and other forms of transient lodging in the City of Solvang from 10% to 12%.
A simple majority vote was required for approval.
